2011 Nike Skills Academy – East II

Some of the best Big Guards on the East Coast possibly in the country.  Brittney Sykes, Brianna Butler, Danaejah Grant, Sierra Moore – stood out throughout the weekend. Sykes is the best athlete – Butler and Grant can score on anybody and Moore will go inside and out for some lucky coach. Love these 4 young ladies. I like Destiny Brown very much a Big PG she is a player.

There were some young  players that really showed well – worked hard – not intimidated just got after it.
Erin Mathias – (Duke bound) has all the tools – shoots/finished inside – works hard can be a special player. Johnnah Johnson – she is alway after the ball  – rebounds – makes lay-ups –  plays hard. Kahleeh Copper, tremendous athlete – can shoot jumper, rebounds. and plays hard! Aliyah Hu;and El – athletic – gets to rim can shoot the ball – with continued work can be very good player. Jade Walker – she is forward – can shoot it and finds her way around basket. Zaire O’Neil continues to impress as she works her way to being a big wing on college level. Aja Ellison – great length, athlete 15’jumper. Adashia Franklyn, so athletic, energy,- work on handle and jumper is coming. A

There were a few point guards that did some good things – Allie Clement  ’14- sees the floor – shoots the ball. Kelly Hughes ’13, handled herself well – can shoot deep jumper , handles and passes.  Sahara Lopez,’13 – she can play, competes, will make shot.  Kristen Anderson “13 floor general pass, run a team will make jumper. Sierra Calhoun 14′, can handle and play.
