Just down the road at Pickerington Central High School, the Classic in the City also runs Saturday through Monday. The schedule is packed with talent and you can get tickets at the door.
Okay, that’s it for the first week of January. The Blue Star Media Elite 25 girls’ basketball rankings return on Wednesday, Jan. 21, reflecting the happenings from the Dr. Martin Luther King weekend.
Before we sign off, Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech is worth reviewing.
“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”
Bye for now. Be the good.
Hope to see you at a game soon. – Christopher Lawlor
