HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – The latest Blue Star Media Elite 25 boys’ basketball rankings have a holiday theme with several teams off to top-notch tournaments and events to close out the month of December.
Expect the Elite 25 to get a fresh look after these events are played. Tournaments in South Carolina, Florida, Hawaii, Oregon, California and Texas will play major roles in the new order that will be released on Jan. 2, 2018.
I’ll be off to three tournaments during my stay in south Florida.
This week seven teams join the Elite 25 rankings, including two that were added to the top-10. We’ll be back in the first week of January and then for the rest of the season, which concludes in early April.
Until next time have a Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year. Hope to see you at a game soon. – Christopher Lawlor
