2013 Jordan Brand All-American Game announces rosters

NEW YORK — The Jordan Brand All-American will return to basketball’s biggest stage in April.

The Jordan Brand announced its star-filled roster for the 12th Annual Jordan Brand Classic on April 13 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Following in the footsteps of current Jordan athletes and former Jordan Brand Classic alumni Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony and recently signed Blake Griffin, the next generation of superstar talent will take the floor in a nationally-televised game on ESPN2.

Jordan Brand selected 22 of the top prospects in the country, including several Top-10 rated players, highlighted by No.1 Andrew Wiggins of Huntington (W.Va.) Prep, Jabari Parker, Andrew Harrison, injured undecided center Julius Randle of Prestonwood Christian Academy (Plano, Texas) and Aaron Harrison.

The event will also include a Regional Game, showcasing the top prep players from the New York metropolitan area in a “City vs. Suburbs” showdown, and the sixth International Game featuring the top 16-and-under players from around the world.

The tripleheader will begin with the International Game at 3:30 p.m. ET, followed by the Regional Game at 5:30 and the All-American Game at 8. The International and regional rosters will be announced at a later date.

Additionally, selections for this year’s main event include prep stars: Joel Embiid, Tyler Ennis, Aaron Gordon, Kasey Hill, Kuran Iverson, Rondae Jefferson, Dakari Johnson, Matt Jones, Marcus Lee, Kennedy Meeks, Bobby Portis, Wayne Selden, Noah Vonle, Chris Walker, Troy Williams, Nigel Williams-Goss and James Young.
