BENSALEM, Pa. – In a weekend that resembles the calm before the storm kicks up, there was no movement in the Blue Star Media Elite 25 football rankings. There were only winners or teams in byes.

Sixteen teams have played their final regular season games or will this weekend. Eight more have postseason games already booked and No. 5 IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.) does not compete for a state championship. Thusly, November becomes a month to remember. Win or go home!

The next Elite 25 rankings are back November 8. Please support your local high schools as they enter the postseason or attend a Senior Night celebration that recognizes the football lives of players from the Class of 2017. Those are your marching orders. We hope to see you at a game soon. – Christopher Lawlor
