CHICAGO, Ill.—The Windy City is once again the host setting for the best in scholastic basketball.  The 15th Annual Girls McDonald’s All-American Game has two dozen of the 2016 class’s top prospects on hand for a visit to the Ronald McDonald House, the Powerade Jam Fest, an awards banquet and, oh yeah, they’re going to play a game as well.  While the honors and basketball are special, the event has been a catalyst in fund raising for the Ronald McDonald House Charities generating over 11 million dollars since 1978.

This year’s All-Americans arrived in town Saturday and already have two practices under their belt as well as Monday night’s Jam Fest televised on ESPN.  Tuesday’s schedule features another practice, a media reception and a closed scrimmage leading up to a formal banquet to top off the evening.  Wednesday will see the Girl’s Game tip off at 5:30 CT on ESPNU followed by the boy at 8:00 CT televised on ESPN.
