COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.– With the final remaining pool of 41 waiting overnight to find out if they’ve made the cut to the “lightning round’ of finalists, there are already 98 athletes headed home from the Rocky Mountain State and the USA Basketball U17 trials.  With that many players on hand there were some talented athletes who had some impressive moments though they came up a bit short of their red, white and blue goals.  Tonight we thought we would simply share some images from some of the action in the United States Olympic Training Center over the past four days.  They’re in no order and represent no indication of their performance.  Check back with Blue Star Media for updates on finalists and ultimately the 12 player team chosen for the World Championships in Zaragoza, Spain.
